Knowing Which ones are Paid

Marking the box of items that have been paid is important. This will mark that the item has been paid.

Placing Paid Labels or stickers on the box is one way to do it. This will allow verification officer to know which ones are already paid.

Having the Paid Stickers or the labels in bright color will make it easy.
